Mr. Randolph started his professional career working as an Internal Wholesaler for the Hartford, where he marketed Variable Annuities to banks and broker-dealers. After a year, Mr. Randolph decided to move back to the Midwest to start laying the foundation for a family.

Unfortunately, the Conseco Fund Group was acquired when their parent company, Conseco, ran into some financial hurdles and Mr. Randolph sought employment elsewhere.
Still attracted to the financial services arena, Mr. Randolph decided to open his own Independent Insurance Brokerage (AMR Svcs).
